I've been detected, and the puny Galactic Union is preparing to launch a series of attacks against me! Fortunately, ecological convention N4134 prevents them from using atom bombs or other weapons of mass destruction, so they will only be sending live troops. We have been unable to pinpoint the location of the Galactic Union's capital, but we do have the locations of some other capitals! And they definitely know where the Union's capital is.
